I have a varied background managing businesses ranging from a small family owned operation, to Chief Operating Officer, to Vice Chairman of a successful division of a Fortune 50 company.
Business success depends on having engaged and effective employees. Senior leaders create the environment for that to be possible. My work with high-potential senior leaders builds the foundation for success of a department or a business for today and into the future.
I focus on the details, attentive follow-up, and have a Socratic style that challenges leaders to look deeply within their own style and processes to deliver results, often greater than they thought possible. I believe a great plan alone is not assurance of success, but a great plan coupled with superior execution is what creates competitive advantage for individuals and companies. I bring that attitude to my coaching and consulting.

· Advise a vice president of a domestic division, resulting in a seven-figure profit from a prior year loss
· Coach a senior executive of a foreign business to improve his skills and turn the profit center from a loss to a Top 10% business
